Complaints procedure for the webshop
We care about our products and therefore do our best to deliver them to you in the best shape. Nevertheless, an order may get damages during transport or something else happens that entitles you to warranty. You are legally required to report the damage to us within two months of determining it. If the defect is covered by the guarantee, we shall repair or replace it free of charge.
It can always happen that something does not go as planned. We encourage you to first report complaints to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, it is possible to register your complaint for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been dealt with elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
