General Terms and Conditions
All prices quoted are retail prices in Euros, including 21% VAT and excluding any shipping and payment costs. Prices are subject to misprints and typographical errors.
The goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Delivery and delivery time
Items in stock are shipped within 48 hours on working days after receipt of payment.
The shipping costs are borne by the customer. We use the following parcel service: PostNL.
• €7.50 for orders under €75,-
• Free for orders over €75,-
We only accept payments in euros.
• iDEAL (€0.29 per transaction)
• Bancontact (€0.39 per transaction)
Return procedure – Webshop Huidzorg West
Right of cancellation/withdrawal period
You may wish to return an order for reasons beyond your control. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. You only have to pay the return costs from your home to the Webshop. These costs are about 7.50 per parcel. For the exact rates, consult your carrier’s website. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original state and packaging.To exercise this right, you can register a return by contacting us at email@example.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has been received in good condition.
Did you make a mistake when purchasing a product variety, such as content or strength? It is possible to exchange one product for another. You can also register a return via the Webshop by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Conditions of return
The rights and obligations of a return include:
The product is unopened and unused (checking the packaging is permitted). Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
There is no damage after receipt.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for this reduction in the value of the product. Please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when you return it.

Did you accidentally give us the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Guarantee & Claims
We care about our products and therefore do our best to deliver them to you in the best shape. Nevertheless, an order may get damages during transport or something else happens that entitles you to warranty. You are legally required to report the damage to us within two months of determining it. If the defect is covered by the guarantee, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
It can always happen that something does not go as planned. We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, it is possible to register your complaint for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been addressed elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
