Complaints procedure

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with the care provided to you! If you are not satisfied, we hope you will share your complaint or suggestion with us. We always want to find a solution together with you. This gives us the opportunity to resolve your complaint, but also to prevent similar complaints in the future. If you have a problem or complaint, please report it directly to the staff member who treated you. Or do so by completing the complaint form below.

Process

Then we will discuss the matter to see if we can resolve your complaint. If you are still not satisfied with the solution we offer you, you can refer to the complaints committee of our professional association, the Dutch Association of Skin Therapists (NVH). They are independent and will handle your complaint with the utmost care. More information on how to file a complaint can be found on the website of the Dutch Association of Skin Therapists.
