Collaboration with Reinier de Graaf Hospital

We work together with dermatologist Rene Tijssen at the Reinier de Graaf Hospital’s Dermatology Outpatient Clinic.

The treatments for benign tumours on the skin and light laser treatments can be performed at the outpatient clinic by the skin therapist and the dermatologist. The consultation hours of the dermatologist and skin therapist are linked to each other, so that many treatments are carried out together in order to be able to offer clients the best care. 

By taking note of the expertise of dermatologist Tijssen, the skills and knowledge of the skin therapists will also be further developed. Annamarie van der Meulen says: That crossover and continued learning from other disciplines is of great value. That is something I will always strive for with Huidzorg West.
